Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These Website Terms & Conditions govern your use of the T-Leaf Wellness website and the services made available through it. By accessing our website, creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. About T-Leaf Wellness
T-Leaf Wellness provides access to healthcare consultations and related services through appropriately qualified healthcare practitioners.
Information provided on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Treatment options are determined by your treating practitioner following an individual clinical assessment. No particular treatment, prescription or clinical outcome is guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our healthcare services unless we expressly advise otherwise.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when using our website, making a booking or participating in a consultation.
3. Healthcare Services
Healthcare decisions are made by appropriately qualified practitioners exercising their independent professional and clinical judgement.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee that:
you will be considered suitable for any particular treatment;
a medication or prescription will be provided;
a particular product or treatment will be recommended; or
a particular health outcome will be achieved.
Your practitioner may recommend alternative management, further investigation, referral to another healthcare provider or no treatment where clinically appropriate.
4. Appointments
When making an appointment, you are responsible for:
selecting the appropriate appointment type;
providing accurate and complete information;
being available at the scheduled appointment time;
ensuring your telephone, internet connection and other technology required for a telehealth consultation are functioning; and
providing any information reasonably requested before or during your consultation.
Appointment times are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to the nature of healthcare consultations.
5. Fees and Payment
Applicable consultation fees will be displayed during the booking process or otherwise communicated to you before your appointment.
You authorise T-Leaf Wellness and its authorised payment provider to process applicable fees using your nominated payment method.
Additional healthcare costs, including medication, pharmacy, pathology, imaging or other third-party services, are not included in the consultation fee unless expressly stated.
6. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Changes, cancellations and missed appointments are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
7. Prescriptions and Treatment
Any decision to prescribe medication or recommend treatment is made solely by the treating practitioner following an appropriate clinical assessment.
A practitioner may decline to prescribe, discontinue treatment or recommend an alternative approach where they consider this clinically appropriate.
Where medication is prescribed, availability, dispensing, pricing and delivery may depend upon third-party pharmacies and service providers and cannot be guaranteed by T-Leaf Wellness.
8. Your Responsibilities
To enable practitioners to provide appropriate care, you agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your health, including relevant:
medical conditions and history;
medications and treatments;
allergies and adverse reactions;
symptoms and changes in your health; and
other information requested by your practitioner.
You must not knowingly provide false or misleading information or intentionally withhold information that may reasonably be relevant to your care.
9. Emergencies
T-Leaf Wellness is not an emergency medical service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or require urgent medical attention, call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
Telehealth services may not be appropriate for every medical condition. Your practitioner may recommend that you obtain an in-person assessment or seek care from another healthcare service.
